You may return an online purchase to your Rexel store within 90 days of receiving it by calling 1-800-388-2726 or emailing us at info@rexellights.com. Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Stock Material

• Stock material in original packaging, in sellable condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase may be returned up to 90 days from the date of the original sale.
• Stock material returned over 90 days from the original date of sale OR without proof of purchase will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
• Material that has been installed and or energized is not eligible for return or credit.

• Non-stock material will remain in the customer’s possession until an approved RGA is obtained from the manufacturer. A re-stocking charge may apply.
• Non-stock material that cannot be returned to the manufacturer is not eligible for return or credit.
• Custom made products are not eligible for return or credit.
