Selection and Design Services
Our expert ALA Certified Lighting Consultants and Lighting Specialists will help develop and implement new home or remodeling project plans from design to selection to installation.
With their training, talent and analytical judgment, our experts not only understand blueprints but know exactly what will work in every space. Through the years, we have learned to master the art of light in ways that add more to the lives of our customers.
If you are building a new home or redesigning, feel free to call for an appointment to meet with one of our specialist for a custom lighting layout. You may bring in blueprints or drawings (even a hand-drawn sketch will do) and we will be happy to work with you or your architect.

Customer Satisfaction
You may return an online purchase to your Rexel store within 90 days of receiving it by calling 1-800-388-2726 or emailing us at info@rexellights.com. Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Our customer service hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Stock Material
- Stock material in original packaging, in sellable condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase may be returned up to 90 days from the date of the original sale.
- Stock material returned over 90 days from the original date of sale OR without proof of purchase will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
- Material that has been installed and or energized is not eligible for return or credit.
Special Order Items (Non-Stock )
- Non-stock material will remain in the customer’s possession until an approved RGA is obtained from the manufacturer.
- Non-stock material that cannot be returned to the manufacturer is not eligible for return or credit.
- Custom made products are not eligible for return or credit.
